Registration and payment policy

Registration Policy:

1. The Scandinavian Academy for Training and Development does not accept any registration for any client if it is not with an official letter issued by the Human Resources Department / Training Department or the Authorized Department at the trainee's work place / The responsible organization for the trainee is directed to the Scandinavian Academy for Training and Development.

2. The deadline for registration in any training program shall be 21 days before the start of the program and no registration shall be accepted after that, except for those who are approved in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Scandinavian Academy for Training and Development.

3. The Scandinavian Academy of Training and Development has the right to accept or reject any registration without stating the reasons for rejection or acceptance.

Price and Payment Policy:

1. All prices advertised in the Scandinavian Academy for Training and Development website are the prices of participation in the training programs only, which does not include (hotel reservations for the trainees - airline tickets - transportation - travel insurance - or any other needs of the trainees).

2. The price of each training program announced on the website of the Scandinavian Academy for Training and Development includes only (attendance of the training program, stationery, scientific and practical materials, snacks during breaks, and certificate of completion (attendance).

3. If the registration is self-initiated by the client, the participation fees in the training program must be paid at least 21 working days before the start of the program under a bank transfer to the Scandinavian Academy for Training and Development.

4. If the registration of the trainee is under an official letter issued by the trainee's employer, the trainee's employer is responsible for paying the participation fees. And The Scandinavian Academy of Training and Development has the right to ask for the course fees before starting the training program.

5. The trainee's employer shall pay the fees of the training program to the account of the Scandinavian Academy for Training and Development within a period of up to 90 days from the date of completion of the training program.

Cancellation Policy:

1. The client doesn’t have the right to cancel his registration if it remains on the start of the training program less than 21 days. And in case of the client cannot attend the training program for any reason, the customer gets an alternative chair to attend any training program at any other time and he doesn’t have the right to ask the Scandinavian Academy for training and development for any amount of money or compensation in any way.

2. The Scandinavian Academy for Training and Development has the right to cancel the registration of any participant in any training program without clarifying the reasons, in accordance with the Directions and Policy of the Scandinavian Academy for Training and Development.

3. The Scandinavian Academy for Training and Development reserves the right to confirm registration in accordance with the registration status and availability of seats.

4. The Scandinavian Academy for Training and Development has the right to cancel any training program, and The Scandinavian Academy for Training and Development is responsible for refunding the amounts paid by the clients if the program is canceled.

5. The Scandinavian Academy for Training and Development has the right to change the venue of the training program as required by the circumstances without giving reasons and shall not be responsible for any refund if the venue of the program is changed due to compelling circumstances. The amount of the course is a credit to the client's account, and the client has the right to register for any existing training program at another time if he does not participate in the training program and request a refund.
