Commitments Regarding Training Program Locations

1. The Scandinavian Academy for Training and Development AB is committed to conducting all of its training programs in dedicated and well-equipped hotel facilities, unless otherwise explicitly stated on our website.

2. Participants will be notified of the training program's location within a period ranging from 7 to 21 days prior to the program's commencement, depending on the Academy's assessment and program conditions.

3. In case of necessity, programs may be canceled or postponed. We will strive to provide suitable alternatives when feasible.

4. The Scandinavian Academy for Training and Development AB  wishes to emphasize that it is not responsible for any force majeure circumstances preventing the program from taking place at the specified location. However, the Academy will make every effort to provide appropriate alternatives and support participants in the event of a change in the program location due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Please note that the Scandinavian Academy for Training and Development AB does not offer accommodation booking services for the hotels hosting the training programs, and no discounts or additional services will be provided implicitly unless clearly stated on our website.

6. To enhance participants' experience, the Scandinavian Academy for Training and Development AB actively seeks to establish agreements with selected hotels to secure special offers that meet their needs and expectations. Any new offers for participants will be announced in due course.

7. By registering for one of our advertised programs on our website, you acknowledge your acceptance of the registration, payment, cancellation, terms, and conditions, as well as the terms and conditions regarding the training program locations.

8. The Scandinavian Academy for Training and Development AB reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions without prior notice to participants. Any amendments will be clarified on our website.
